Responsibilities

• detecting and engaging important enemy targets from a long distance

• conducting covert surveillance of the situation and transmitting intelligence information

• determining the distance to the target, adjusting the sight taking into account wind, temperature, terrain and other factors.

• using optical, thermal and night sights

• masking positions and ensuring one's own invisibility.

• working as part of a sniper pair (sniper and observer).

• using camouflage and special equipment

• servicing and maintaining sniper weapons and optics in good condition

• performing tasks in various weather and tactical conditions.

• observing security measures and maintaining the secrecy of operations

Requirements

• language of communication – Spanish or English

• knowledge of Ukrainian or russian language will be an advantage

• suitability for military service in terms of health condition

• military training or relevant service experience will be an advantage

• knowledge of combat tactics and working with sniper weapon will be an advantage

• high physical fitness and endurance

• ability to work in a team, discipline and readiness to perform in conditions of increased danger

• readiness for long-term field deployments

• readiness to work in a combat zone

• absence of alcohol or drug intoxication addiction

Terms

• 500 USD for the training period, 1100 - 2800 USD for conducting of tasks and orders (depending on the place of performance), + 1670  USD additional payment for each 30 days on the frontline

• signing of an official contract for 3 years (possible termination after 6 months), probationary period of 2 months.

• aiming weapons at targets in accordance with the commander's instructions or intelligence data

• aiming using optical, laser, thermal imaging and other devices

• calculating the distance, aiming angle and other firing parameters

• preparing weapons for firing and checking their technical condition

• firing shots and adjusting fire in real time

• interaction with other members of the crew during combat

• masking positions and observing safety measures when working with weapons

• participation in the movement and deployment of military equipment or weapons

• maintenance and preservation of entrusted property and devices

• execution of command orders in dynamic and combat conditions

Requirements

• language of communication - Spanish or English

• suitability for military service in terms of health condition

• military training or relevant service experience will be an advantage

• experience working with BMP or APC weapons will be an advantage

• ability to quickly assess the combat situation and adjust fire

• physical endurance and readiness for service in extreme conditions

• ability to work in a team and adhere to military discipline

• absence of alcohol or drug addiction

• use of special technical means (mine detectors, robotic complexes, drones for searching for explosives)

• conducting surveillance and recording data on enemy objects and actions

• applying camouflage and covert movement measures

• transferring the received information to the command within clearly defined deadlines

• compliance with safety rules when working with explosives and devices

• participation in combat operations as part of a group, performing additional tasks of the unit

• compliance with safety measures when working in a combat zone

• providing psychological support to the wounded and personnel in stressful situations
